  • Vires or Ogg Cemetery LOCATION: Start at the junction of Route #25 and Route #1617 (Scaffold Cane Road). Go north on #1617 4 .5 miles and park car on side of road. The cemetery is on the right on the hillside about 600′ west of the road. The weeds are high. Go in early spring after the snow has matted the weeds. If it is warm, LOOK OUT FOR SNAKES.
  • NOTE: There are dressed or “brought on” stones in this cemetery with no information. Morning Roberts name also spelled Mourning. There is a stone fragment illegible birth date – 15 Sep 1906.
